1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be returned within 60 days of delivery
  • Be unused and in original condition
  • Include original packaging
  • Not be damaged due to misuse or improper handling

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Items marked as non-returnable
  • Used or damaged items caused by the customer

3. Return Process

To start a return, please contact our support team with:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos of the item if applicable

Once your request is approved, return instructions will be provided.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review the issue and offer a replacement, store credit, or refund when appropriate.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, orders may already be processed or shipped and cannot be canceled.

8. Chargebacks

Customers agree to contact us first before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute so we can attempt to resolve the issue directly.

Fraudulent chargebacks may result in being restricted from future purchases.
